The actual stickers are genuinely super cool, but there’s also crumbling, thirty-year-old bubblegum in here.

Important things to Remember While Creating Characters

  • How they grew up shaped who they are now.
  • If your character lives a rough lifestyle, they should look like they live a rough lifestyle.
  • Knowing their mindset will make them more dimensional.
  • How they dress should depend on who they are and what they like.
  • Whether they like their job or not could say a lot about them (if they enjoy being a cashier, they probably like people. If they like fishing, they probably enjoy relaxing on a boat or by shore)

“A medical professor who has tracked the cost of insulin over the years says that a one-month supply of a popular version that cost $45 wholesale in 2001 cost $1,447 14 years later, an increase of almost 3,000%.  That’s the wholesale price, not the retail price that an uninsured patient would pay.“

Type one Diabetes is an autoimmune disease where the immune system attacks and kills the pancreas which is an organ that makes insulin. It can not be cured, can not be prevented and life choices and diet did not  caused it.

A person with T1D must in inject insulin  themselves every day or they will die because of this Pharmaceutical companies have raised the prices up on insulin to  ludicrous prices  because they know we NEED it or else we will DIE. So many diabetics suffer from other very serious medical conditions and many just plan freaking die because they can’t afford their insulin, not to mention the prices for needles, syringes test strips and meters. THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE ARE DYING IN THE USA BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR A MEDICINE THAT WE’VE HAD SINCE THE 1960S

MY LIFE IS NOT YOUR PROFIT

I’m lucky enough to live in a country that has laws preventing companies to do things like this an Epipen in Australia costs 40-60$ aus but about $400 American to buy. It’s insane and my heart goes out to people who love there and require life-saving medical aids.

Go nuts, my friends.

polypaganpancakepearl

this is my favorite art program. it’s *much* more intuitive than photoshop/gimp or corel paintshop, but it still has the full functionality of a digital art program (layers, brush stabilizer, etc.). it’s not overwhelming to start on like practically every other decent art program I’ve tried, you can just pick a brush and start drawing as if it were paper if you want. plus you can download extra brushes for free! and they publish free art tutorials pretty regularly

ANYONE looking for a free art program: worth looking into.

YALL I LOVE THIS PROGRAM, especially the ipad version!! and i’m psyched that i don’t have to pay $30 a year for it anymore!!!

i’m convinced that the ice age franchise won’t end until the squirrel that always chases after the nut gets an equally hideous girlfriend with Squirrel Tits™ and eyelashes

No you don’t understand, I have this entire developed theory about the Ice Age universe which has been cooking up in my mind and has only be reinforced by the latest 5th installment.
Scrat is the god of the Ice age universe. The story began with him and the story will end with him. If there weren’t hints before, in this latest installment, it becomes clear that Scrat’s actions dictate what happens on Earth and to the protagonists. Yes, maybe Scart’s only goal is to get the nut, but his actions SHAPE what happens in the film.
If we needed any further proof then may I point out something Buck said in the 5th film along the lines of “we’re 6 mins early! Somebody up there likes us!”
That phrase is usually used to refer to a god and in this case it’s used to refer (unknowingly) to scrat!

However, there is an ALTERNATE theory that I have been working on. What if Scart isn’t the god of the ice age universe, but rather, the NUT is? As i have already said, Scart’s actions shape the course of the story but what motivates Scart? That’s right: the nut, it is truly because of the nut that Scart does what he does that leads to the events that take place in the story.
This would create an interesting metaphor here. Scrat is chasing the nut like man chases divinity.
So when will the Ice Age saga end?? When Scart finally gets the nut for good. When man catches God.
